  • Cover liner (bottom) specifically formulated to be bromine & chlorine resistant
  • Covers are sewn with 100% polyster thread
  • Zippers are 100% nylon, marine grade quality
  • All handles & straps are double "X" stitched for added strength
  • Secure locks with key are provided with cover
  • All covers have heat seals between halves to prevent heat loss
  • Handles, straps, and hinge reinforced with extra material for added strength

    • Insulation:

  • All covers are tapered 4-2 inches for rain runoff
  • All insulation is reinforced with aluminum C-channel
  • Foam insert made of 1.5 pound density material - Heavy Duty
